For day to day care we recommend a wipe down with Ashley & Co’s Surface Zap.

A homemade solution of equal parts water and white vinegar (you can add a few drops of tea tree oil too) or water and a little gentle detergent can be used to wipe down your mat for a deeper clean.

Be sure to lay your mat flat to dry, in the sunshine if you can, before rolling.

Always roll your matt with the base on the inside and the cork or suede side facing out.

We take great care to carefully check and package each order. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us right away at hello@lotusliving.co.nz with your invoice number and a description (and photo if possible) of the item. We’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you simply change or your mind and would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lotusliving.co.nz with your invoice number and details of the item you would like to return. We are happy to exchange items in their original condition and packaging, you will need to cover courier delivery fees.
