Returns & Refunds

We take great care to carefully check and package each order. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us right away at hello@lotusliving.co.nz with your invoice number and a description (and photo if possible) of the item. We’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you simply change or your mind and would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lotusliving.co.nz with your invoice number and details of the item you would like to return. We are happy to exchange items in their original condition and packaging, you will need to cover courier delivery fees.
